Band Hero este un nou joc de tip muzical & party, lansat de Activision in 6 noiembrie, 2009, disponibil pentru Ps2, Ps3, Xbox360, Nintendo Ds si Nintendo Wii.  

Band Hero este cel mai tare joc party, in care jucatori de toate varstele pot experimenta ceea ce a facut aceasta franciza atat de renumita: Band Hero este usor de jucat dar dificil de stapanit.

Jocul include cele mai fierbinti hit-uri din topurile ascultatorilor, incluzand piese de la Taylor Swift, No Doubt, Lily Allen, The All-American Rejects si Jackson 5. 

Printre caracteristicile jocului, merita mentionate: posibilitatea drop-in/drop-out in timpul melodiilor, schimbarea dificultatii in timpul jocului, precum si combinarea mai multor instrumente.
